We collect what is needed to run an account and a booking, and nothing that is only useful for advertising.

• Account details: your email address, a hashed password, your name and phone number if you provide them, and your chosen language.
• Listing information: everything a host enters about a property, including photos, address, pricing and availability.
• Booking information: dates, guest numbers, the total price, booking status, and the messages exchanged about that booking.
• Technical data: access logs and the basic request information needed to operate and secure the service.

To operate your account, process booking requests, send transactional emails (booking updates, password resets), and keep the platform secure.

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (running your account and bookings) and, where applicable, based on legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and functioning.

Booking details are shared between the guest and the host involved in that booking. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

• Contact details (phone number, email) are only revealed to the other party once a booking is accepted.
• Published listings, including their photos and approximate location, are visible to anyone using the site.
• We use service providers for hosting and for sending transactional email; they process data on our behalf only.

We keep account and booking data for as long as your account is active, and as required by applicable law afterward.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal data. Contact us to exercise any of them.

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your account and the personal data associated with it, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We currently use only strictly necessary cookies (for login sessions). We don't run analytics or advertising cookies; if that changes, this page and the site will be updated accordingly.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
