Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Konaciste, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Konačište is a marketplace that connects guests with hosts offering short-term accommodation. We provide the platform that introduces the two parties; we are not a party to the accommodation agreement between them, and we do not process payments for it.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• One person should not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension.

Hosts submit listings for review before they are published. We may decline to publish a listing, or suspend one that is already live, where it is inaccurate, unlawful, duplicated, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms. Review is a good-faith check of the submitted information, not an inspection or a warranty about the property.

A booking request is not confirmed until the host accepts it. Prices, availability and minimum-stay rules are set by each host and shown before you submit a request. A request that is neither accepted nor declined within 48 hours expires automatically.

Konačište does not process, collect or hold payment for bookings. Guests and hosts agree the amount, method and timing of payment directly between themselves, and any refund is settled the same way under the cancellation policy shown on the listing.

• We will never ask you for card details, and no payment is taken on this site.
• We are not responsible for payments made between a guest and a host, including deposits.
• Hosts are responsible for issuing any receipt or invoice their guests require.

By publishing a listing you confirm that you are entitled to offer the property and that its description is accurate.

• Comply with local accommodation, guest-registration and tax laws in your jurisdiction.
• Keep your calendar, pricing and house rules current, and honour bookings you accept.
• Only upload photos and content you have the right to use.

Guests are expected to treat properties with care and to deal fairly with their host.

• Provide accurate information, including the real number of guests staying.
• Follow the house rules and the check-in and check-out times shown on the listing.
• Report any damage to the host promptly.

Each listing states a cancellation policy, which applies to bookings made under it and is shown before a request is submitted. Because payment is handled directly between the parties, refunds are settled between them under that policy. Repeated cancellations by either party may affect account standing.

The following are not permitted on the platform, and accounts responsible for them may be suspended without notice.

• Posting listings for properties that do not exist or that you have no right to offer.
• Harassing, threatening or discriminating against another user.
• Attempting to move a booking off the platform in order to defraud the other party.
• Scraping, probing or otherwise interfering with the technical operation of the service.

Konačište is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between guests and hosts, for the condition, safety or legality of listed properties, or for payments made directly between the parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
